Placing an order is very easy, you can request a quote and place certified or business document translation orders directly on our website or by email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; all you need is your document, a few details in terms of languages needed and deadlines required; just follow these steps:

  • Send us your document to get a free quote

  • Confirm your order with your payment

  • Choose your preferred way of delivery to get your translations on time


Once you confirm your translation order with us, it will be sent to the most appropriate translation team. Your documents are in safe hands as our translators work following strict policies of confidentiality.

First, your document will be translated by a highly trained professional translator who is a native speaker of the target language.

Then, after being translated by our professional translator, the translation is forwarded to our specialized proofreader who proofreads the translation and then approves it.

Finally, when the translation is complete, you will be notified by phone or email.

How long will my translation take?
Every project is unique, and the turnaround time depends on the length, complexity, and language of the project. After carefully reviewing your documents, we will determine the turnaround time.                                      

How do you calculate the price?
Pricing is based on several factors:  Language combination, complexity of the text, format of the source text, size of the project and turnaround time (normal turnaround, rush)

Payment options:

We offer different payment methods to expedite your translation order and assist with your payment preferences. Payment is required at the time of placing your order. For additional questions and to make necessary arrangements, please call us at 1-888-473-0337.

Cash: You are always welcome to come to our office to pay in person.

By Credit Card: Credit card payments are accepted by phone, email or fax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We process all charges manually for added protection. A card processing fee will be charged (depending of total amount).

Paypal: we can send you an invoice to your email. Just click on the link, and you can pay directly by paypal. No need to have a paypal account. A card processing fee will be charged (depending of total amount).

Purchase Orders by  Mail: We accept Purchase Orders (PO) from approved corporations, law firms, government agencies, schools, and verified organizations.

Prepay with Checks or money orders: We accept payment by check (in US$) or money order.

Bank deposit upon request: This method is commonly used for RUSH orders.

Can you certify the translation?
Yes, we can provide you with a notarized statement certifying our work.

How would you deliver my project, if I cannot pick up my translations in person?
We can deliver your files by email,  regular mail (a mailing fee of $5 will be charged), by certified mail (a mailing fee of $10 will be charged), by express mail or overnight (a mailing fee of $25 will be charged).
